Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy • Payments are non-refundable once the program begins. • In case of emergency circumstances, the Tutor and Parent may agree on a fair resolution. Cancellations & Make-Up Policy • Parents must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel and reschedule a session. • Sessions canceled with proper notice may be rescheduled within the 5 or 10-week period. • Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
